Appointing ex-service personnel often meets a number of these criteria and we are committed to a recruitment policy that supports this.

In particular, we are proud to have appointed a high proportion of ex-Gurkha soldiers to date, who are renowned for their integrity, reliability and their work ethic.

Health and Safety 
We are committed to achieving the highest possible standards of health and safety at all times.

We actively promote a culture of health and safety best practice to ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and associated legislation. It is the Company’s intention to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all staff, guests, customers and others.

Belstone Management Services has received accreditation from SAFEcontractor, a programme which recognises very high standards of health and safety practice amongst UK contractors.

Community
The overall aim of our Clients is to create a positive impact on the local community, be that in a residential area or in a commercial environment.

Ensuring properties are safe, secure and well-managed can often make the difference in terms of creating positive PR in the local community (or rather avoiding negative PR), attracting new business and tenants and also in preserving the image of an area. Furthermore, such action can, in some cases, help prevent crime, which might otherwise lead to the area falling into disrepute.
